If there is any issue with the work carried out, please contact AH Locktech directly so we can resolve it quickly. You can also report a problem in your Klarna account to pause your payment while the issue is being reviewed.
What if I haven’t received the service yet?
You won’t need to make a payment until the service has been completed. If there are any delays, you can report this in your Klarna account to pause your payment.
What if my invoice is incorrect?
If something doesn’t look right, contact us directly and we’ll correct it promptly. You can also report a problem in Klarna to pause your payment until it’s resolved.
What happens if I don’t pay on time?
Klarna will send reminders before your payment is due. There are no fees or interest for missed payments on Pay in 30 days or Pay in 3 instalments.
However, if payments are not made, you may be unable to use Klarna in the future, and outstanding balances may be passed to a debt collection agency as a last resort.
